By Train: Take the N/W Queens-bound to Ditmars Boulevard (last stop). Exit onto 31st Street and walk half a block up to 23rd Avenue.
Make a right and walk one block up to 29th Street, where you make another right and the Center is right by the Amtrak tressels.
